I created Rooted Wholeness after experiencing how overwhelming, extreme, and unsustainable wellness advice can feel in real life.
Through my own health journey, recovery experiences, and focus on anti-inflammatory living, I’ve learned that lasting wellness comes from consistency, compassion, and learning to support your body instead of pushing against it.
Rooted Wholeness is where I share what I’m learning, what’s working, and how to build routines that actually feel doable.
